GREAT WAYNEDALE (AMERICAN) CLEANUP

It’s time to spring clean in Waynedale and we need your help!

Recent heavy winds that downed power lines and tree limbs earlier this month also sprayed a generous amount of trash and debris throughout our neighborhoods polluting our roadways and ditches
In preparation for the city-wide Great American Cleanup, we are hosting a Waynedale informational/ planning meeting. It will be held on Monday, April 17th at Kingston Residence, 7515 Winchester Road at 6:30 p.m. Talk to your friends and neighbors, your school clubs, churches and neighborhood associations. Form teams or groups to work together! We are requesting that a representative of each join us to learn more about how Waynedale can pool our resources, cover more ground and make an impact on the litter that has accumulated over the winter.

The Great American Cleanup is slated for Saturday, May 20th and we need to pre-register to obtain t-shirts, gloves and trash bags. If you have any questions, please contact Camille at 415-7741 or cgarrison@kingstonhealthcare.com

A celebration post-clean up party will take place at Headwaters Park West from 11:30am to 2pm. There will be food, drinks, games and prizes for volunteers.

Let’s show our Civic Pride and help keep Fort Wayne and Waynedale beautiful!
